Food For Mood – Learn about nutrition, meal preparation and cooking to improve gut health and mood. This one hour session will cover the links between diet, mood and mental health while demonstrating how to cook a range of tasty recipes to support positive gut health and mental health.

Live like a Mediterranean – This flavour packed session will cover the secrets to how the Mediterraneans look and feel so fabulous.  We will discuss the diet that is considered the healthiest diet in the world and has been linked to positive mental health and wellbeing as well as longevity and prolonged cognitive functioning.  In this one hour session we will discuss the benefits of the Mediterranean diet, the range of ingredients and style of eating,  and create a delicious meal that you can recreate at home.
