We know that kids love takeaway food. We also know that food choices have a direct impact on our mental health and wellbeing. In this fun, interactive course we will teach participants how to create some of their takeaway favourites and make them a whole lot healthier!
- While we cook, we will discuss how food can make a positive difference and how food literacy can empower teens to create their own positive mental health and wellbeing.
