In this 3 hours workshop, you will learn how your food choices and style of eating can affect your brain function and mental health, boost your immune system and help you to live a life of wellness.  We will learn about the Mediterranean diet, the MIND diet, and how to use affordable ingredients to create simple, tasty recipes for good mood.
