Cooking and Nutrition Programs

We work in collaboration with groups and organisations when designing culinary nutrition programs, so please contact us to discuss the specific needs of your group .

Below is an example of what we currently offer. Please note that the number of sessions and length can be tailored to suit your needs. Programs usually range from 3-6 sessions and involve:

  • 2-hour hands-on cooking sessions
  • Two highly skilled facilitators, including an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist to provide:
    • Culinary instruction showing how to prepare and cook nutritious recipes.
    • Nutrition education on specific topics, including the fundamentals of a healthy diet, the link between diet and mood/mental health and gut health, what is in food to support positive health and wellbeing, tips and tricks to confidently plan and create delicious meals.
  • Take home recipes from the session
  • A shared social meal with the group
