Welcome to Expert Eats

Expert Eats is combining cooking, nutrition and taste to combat poor mental health and improve wellbeing. In Australia, almost 50% of people experience a mental health issue throughout their lifetime. Young people have been found to be at greatest risk, with over 75% of mental health issues occurring before the age of 25 years. Mental health is a complex issue that is affected by many factors, some of which we cannot change. With the growing evidence that what we eat can affect our mental health, the one thing we can always improve is our eating patterns, and every small change counts. Expert eats is here to help.
